Your monthly membership gives you access to our Seoul warehouse address, package receiving and storage service, and our FedEx corporate shipping rates. Think of it as your Korean logistics headquarters — we're your team on the ground in Seoul. Shipping is charged separately when you actually ship.
When you request a shipment, we weigh your consolidated package and send you an invoice for the shipping cost — calculated at our corporate FedEx contract rate. You pay that invoice and we dispatch the shipment the same or next business day. You only pay for shipping when you actually ship — no recurring shipping charges.
We have corporate contracts with FedEx that are significantly cheaper than what individuals can get. Even after our margin, your shipping cost is still 10–25% cheaper than going to FedEx.com directly. The margin covers our warehouse operations, staff, and the infrastructure needed to maintain these corporate contracts.
Each time a courier delivers a package to our Seoul warehouse addressed to you, that counts as one receiving. If you buy 3 items and they ship in 3 separate boxes from 3 different sellers, that's 3 receivings. We then consolidate them into one shipment to the US — consolidation is always free, unlimited for all members.
After your free storage period (60 days), we charge $1 per package per day. We'll send you a reminder email 5 days before your free period expires so you can request a shipment before any extra storage fees apply.
Your free trial gives you full access to your plan's features — including the Korean warehouse address. You won't be charged the subscription fee until after day 7. Shipping costs, if any, are still invoiced separately during the trial. You can cancel any time during the 7 days with no charge.
