Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using KorExBridge ("we," "us," or "our") at korexbridge.com. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
KorExBridge is a Korea–USA shipping proxy and logistics service. We provide members with a Seoul warehouse address to receive packages, consolidate shipments, and forward goods to US addresses via international courier (primarily FedEx IP) at corporate contract rates. The Service is sold as a monthly subscription ("Membership").
You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into contracts to use this Service. By subscribing, you confirm that you are using the Service for lawful commercial or personal import purposes consistent with applicable US and Korean law.
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you retain access until that date. To cancel: email hello@korexbridge.com or cancel directly in your PayPal account under Payments › Manage Automatic Payments.
International shipments are forwarded primarily via FedEx International Priority (IP) or other carriers at our discretion. By submitting a shipment request, you acknowledge:
Declared Value: You must declare the accurate commercial value of all goods at the time of shipment request. Underdeclaring value to reduce customs duties is illegal and voids any compensation claim.
Our Liability Limits:
Cargo Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing carrier-declared value coverage for high-value shipments. Contact us at hello@korexbridge.com to arrange additional coverage before shipment.
Claims Process: All damage or loss claims must be submitted in writing to hello@korexbridge.com within 7 calendar days of the estimated delivery date. Claims submitted after this window will not be accepted. Supporting documentation (photos, merchant receipts) is required.
You, the importer of record, are solely responsible for:
KorExBridge will prepare shipping documents in good faith based on information you provide. We are not responsible for customs outcomes resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.
You may not use the Service to ship the following items. Prohibited packages will be refused, held, or reported to authorities as required by law:
If prohibited items are discovered, any costs incurred (return shipping, storage, disposal, fines) will be billed to your account.
Members receive up to 3 concierge purchases per month (we purchase items on your behalf from Korean stores). Additional concierge purchases are available at $5 per transaction. By requesting a concierge purchase:
Please refer to our Refund Policy. In summary: the 7-day free trial allows cancellation without charge. After the trial period, monthly membership fees are non-refundable. Shipping fees are non-refundable once a shipment has been dispatched to the carrier.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KorExBridge's total aggregate liability for any and all claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KorExBridge, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) inaccurate customs declarations, or (d) prohibited items shipped through your account.
All content, branding, and materials on korexbridge.com are owned by KorExBridge. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seoul, South Korea.
We may update these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will notify active members by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
